Fear & Greed Index👇
Current read is 20 on the fear greed index vs 35 last week.
I feel that we are closer to 50 vs what this says, so in balance.
Market Fearful = Potential Opportunity/Deals.
Market Greedy = Potential Over Valuation.

Current Interest Rates👇
30 year fixed mortgage rate falls to 6.58% Today vs 6.84% last Sunday.
10 year treasury bond yield falls to 4.20% Today, vs 4.43% last Sunday.
2 year treasury bond yield falls to 3.98% Today, vs 4.20% last Sunday.
So overall this is what I want to see! (rates falling!)
Remember, bonds compete with stocks.
As bond yields fall, bonds look less attractive and stocks look more attractive.
Remember, interest rates are gravity on the stock market!

How To Capitalize Right Now👇
The market has been crazy the last few weeks with the nasdaq now turning negative for 2025. What the heck is going on! Let’s break it down right here.
Tariffs👇
Trump announced plans to impose 25% tariffs on imports from Canada, Mexico, and the European Union, targeting sectors such as automobiles, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals. These measures aim to protect U.S. industries but have raised concerns about potential inflation and strained international trade relations.
Economy👇
Recent data indicates a potential slowdown in the U.S. economy. Jobless claims rose more than expected, and consumer confidence declined, signaling possible recession fears. Additionally, housing market data showed a drop in new single-family home sales, attributed to persistently high mortgage rates.
Nvidia👇
Nvidia reported a 78% surge in quarterly revenue, driven by strong demand for its AI chips. However, the company projected tighter profit margins due to increased production costs, leading to an 8.5% drop in its stock price. This decline contributed to a broader sell off in tech stocks, with the Nasdaq experiencing its deepest one day percentage drop in a month.
US & Ukraine Relations👇
A meeting between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ended abruptly without a planned agreement on mineral resources. The heated exchange between the leaders added geopolitical uncertainty, further unsettling investors already concerned about trade tensions and economic indicators.
Market Volatility👇
The cumulative effect of trade tensions, economic slowdown fears, and geopolitical events led to increased market volatility. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq both experienced significant declines, with the tech heavy Nasdaq heading for its worst week since 2023.
Market Valuation👇
S&P 500's trailing twelve month Price to Earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 29.79, significantly above the historical average of approximately 16. This elevated ratio suggests that the market is currently overvalued compared to historical norms.
Interest Rates👇
The Federal Reserve maintained the federal funds rate at 4.25% to 4.50%, following three consecutive rate cuts totaling 1.0% in late 2024. This decision reflects the Fed's cautious approach amid persistent inflationary pressures and a robust labor market. Projections now indicate only two additional rate cuts in 2025, suggesting a "higher for longer" interest rate environment. The next Fed meeting is scheduled for March 18-19, 2025, where policymakers will reassess economic conditions and adjust monetary policy as necessary.
My Take👇
