• 49 Friday & 57 Today.

• The market pumped today and pushed us into the greed category.

• I feel this is being a little generous and we are closer to 70 on this scale.

• Be greedy when others are fearful.

• Be fearful when others are greedy.

  

Today’s Economic Updates👇

• 30 year fixed mortgage rate falls to 6.96% today versus 6.97% Monday.

• 10 year treasury bond yield unchanged at 4.39% same as Monday.

• 95% chance we get a 25bps rate cut this Wednesday.

Am I Going To Sell?👇

• So the market has been totally pumping HARD the last few years and especially in the last few months.

• I am up 96.6% in my trading account year to date.

  

• This has A LOT to do with how I positioned myself in the 2022 market correction where the Nasdaq fell 34%.

• When everyone was freaking out and selling, I was buying like crazy and doing options to magnify my returns when the rebound came.

• Now my portfolio is exploding.

• This is the power of being greedy when others are fearful.

• But is now the time to be fearful when others are greedy?

  So This Is My Thought Process👇

• Earnings are the number one thing that matters to what stocks do in the long run.

• Let’s take Tesla for example, I have about 700 shares total between all my accounts and I have been CRUSHING it.

  

  These are my shares in Schwab (my main trading account)

• But right now it is trading at a 190 PE ratio

• What that means is if you were to buy the entire company of Tesla outright right now, it would take you 190 years to get your initial investment back

• Just think about that.

• 190 years…

• Of course that assumes no earnings growth but even if they somehow can double earnings next year and the stock stays flat, the PE would still be 95…

• Nvidia is 55 ish, Apple is 37 ish, Microsoft is 40 ish

• Nvidia is growing earnings and revenue at 100% YoY currently too…

• Tesla has a lot of hype in it and nobody knows where the top is.

• I sold covered calls at a $475 strike for this Friday.

• If I go in the money, I may let my shares go…

• I have been thinking about his for weeks now and my decision is not made up, but things are crazy now…

• The market is euphoric…

• That is the time to sell… Into strength…

• So I will be updating everyone on discord in real time as always what I do and what I am thinking!

• As for the base of my portfolio, I will never sell that.

• This post was referring only to Tesla.

• The market is pumping and I am cautious.

• Nobody can call the top but I am getting a little uncomfortable with Tesla right now…

• Yes it feels good to make money, but I am being cautious with options now.

• Keep your emotions in check.

• Continue to DCA into quality stocks/ETFs at good prices.
